These ribs are absolutely delicious! Moist, tender, flavorful. And so easy to make. You simply combine all ingredients and pour over ribs and set the crockpot to low. Served up with some rice, they are to die for.
I have made these 2 times and love them. Very easy and tasty.
Here is an image showing the ingredients for the sauce. Of course, you need the ribs, either pork or beef short ribs work great. I also add a chopped onion to the crock pot.
Mix all of the above (amounts below in recipe) in a bowl and wisk.
Pour over ribs you have placed in a crock pot (I also add chopped onion)
Set on low and let it cook for 5-7 hours. I love them with white rice. And I also love to top my green beans with dried onions and balsamic vinegar glaze.

Please note that this amount of sauce is for 4 lbs of meat, the second time I made it I knew to cut the amount of ketchup, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic in half.
